Gone are the days when customers had to wait for our move manager to come to their house to estimate the work. Now customers are responding positively with our initiative of E-Survey for every house and office movement or storage needs. It saves efforts on both sides and fastens the process of pricing or quote generation.
MSD :
Mask, Sanitation, Distancing ! These are 3 mandatory mantras for every happy and safe move in current times. Our professionals wear gloves and masks, sanitize their hands after and before work and keep social distance while they are on the job.
Sanitation of Goods:
Our packers and movers team in Gurgaon is equipped with the required tools to do the sanitation of the goods. Even though we take utmost care to make sure that we are following all protocols strictly, we have made this facility available for the customers who want to avail this.
Rapid Digital Payments Adoption:
Moving industry’s lot of economy still runs on cash but we have made our moving operation cashless equipped with all possible digital options ranging from credit cards online payment to UPI payments including QR codes. The adoption is highly effective and this is making a real change when it comes to handling the situation that is in front of all of us.We are also doing away with the hard copy of bills or invoices with the replacement of soft copy of the same.
Healthy Team:
We ensure everyone in our moving operation team who goes on site for work is actually fit to work with no symptom of Covid-19. We have also made it compulsory for all our employees to have the Aarogya-Setu app installed in their smartphone (for those who have).We have trained our team so that they follow all healthy practices and do the moving task professional while maintaining the required health protocols.

We disinfect our trucks and warehouse everyday to keep any possibility of Covid-19 infection at bay. Our packaging material is always sanitized before bringing it to the customer site.
