1. The estimate is valid for the next 30 days only.
2. To book the move, 20% of estimate need to deposit.
3. BOXnMOVE will not be liable for the damages arising due to unforeseeable circumstances like an
accident, earthquake, flood or unintended human error and hence we strongly recommend availing the insurance for your move.
4. Please verify the items before loading and after unloading the items. The company can not be held liable or responsible for the items which are not on the list of items signed by you.
5. The move can be canceled and rescheduled only if it is requested at least 48 hours of the moving date. If not, you will be charged 10% of the total charges as user convenience fee.
6. Hazardous items, liquor, Filled gas cylinders are not allowed and hence we request you to move these items yourself.
7. Delivery time can vary depending on the circumstances of the moving date and might get delayed due to an unexpected situation like accident, riot or road blockade.
8. Ensure that you have all the prior approval related to shifting or the fixed penalty of 3000 INR will be charged.
9. The move can be canceled and rescheduled only if it is requested at least 48 hours of the moving date.
10. In case of refund, raise the request at least 48 hours before the moving date or the complete booking amount will be forfeited.
11. The estimate given will be based on the calculated volume or minimum size of the truck your items would take.
But if on the final moving date, the volume increases, the final price will be increased accordingly.
Price will increases in the scenario like below:
- » The estimated truck size was not enough to carry the load, so need to get the bigger truck or another truck.
- » Additional Packaging material required- Our estimate has standards for BOXes required for every house size. We provide 5-10 Boxes for 1 BHK and 10-20 Boxes for 2 BHK and so on.
Additional Boxes will have the additional price.
- » The stairs are not wide enough to carry the load and hence need to get stuff offload from the roof using rope or pulley or crane.
- » The delay in earlier discussed timing or delay in getting approvals from the apartment authority.
- » Green Tax/ Toll tax will be charged separately (if applicable).
12. All the payment must be completed on or before the loading of the items on the truck. If payment is delayed, The company has the right to levy the late payment charges which are given below:
- »500 INR per day [For the booking of INR 10000 or less]
1000 INR per day[For the booking of less than INR 20000 but more than 10000]
- »1500 INR per day[For the booking of less than INR 30000 but more than 20000]
- »The late payment charges will be applied according to the above ratio and it will be non-negotiable.
- »To book the move, 20% of estimate need to deposit.
13. Our team is professional and We/Company will not be responsible ever for any missing items for whatsoever reason. We always request the customer to verify the empty truck and check with our team before we leave the drop location.
